The Circular Life: Strengthening leadership and impact in climate and health

TO MEET NETZERO AND BEYOND, WE NEED BOLD, CONFIDENT LEADERs EVERYWHERE

We need to create a climate-positive working culture across organisations and health and care partnerships. This means inspiring and encouraging the whole healthcare system to think and act differently towards climate and health. We need leaders who are skilled and confident to support and enable others to change. This requires a particular skill set - a growth mindset, emotional intelligence, authenticity and self-assurance - and an infectious conviction that change is possible.

We've met hundreds of passionate and talented individuals leading and delivering green programmes within health and care partnerships. For many, their reach and impact can more than double if we invest in their growth and development. The Circular Life is launching a 10-week ‘Making Space for Growth’ learning and development programme to strengthen leadership skills and empower those working in climate and health!

Making Space for Growth

MAKING SPACE FOR GROWTH is a 10-week online learning & development programme to inspire and empower current and future leaders in climate and health.

(Programme Duration 30/11/2022 - 22/02/2023 - 10 weeks of learning and development spread over 14 weeks)

It is built on The Circular Life’s learning and insights from 1-2-1 coaching with green leaders, co-designing Green Plans and delivering change programmes within the health and care sector.

It's perfect for people already doing great work on NetZero who want to increase their impact, expand their sphere of influence and build confidence and trust in themselves and their work. Whether from a hospital trust, an ICB, a Local Authority, GP, a non-profit, or a medical association - this programme is for you!

The programme contains six experiential learning workshops and four group coaching/development sessions, spread out across 14 weeks.

Briony Pete is the programme designer, coach and facilitator. Founder of The Circular Life, she is passionate about helping organisations to design - and live - the change they want to see. Formerly a "consultant" in sustainable development, she trained in Executive Coaching and the Neuroscience of Change to help clients to deliver lasting impact for themselves. So it's "built-in", rather than "bolted on".

Briony specialises in green and social impact, climate and health, leadership development, meaningful collaboration, culture change and being human in the workplace.

People are no longer asking, “Why?” to the urgency of climate action, but instead they are asking “How?” We need to be ready to lead and guide them.
